Exchange and Return Policy
BossaConcept.com now offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders. Items purchased from BossaConcept.com which are not noted as FINAL SALE may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 5 days of receipt by mail or at BOSSA CONCEPT store.
Please note: All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits and FINAL SALE are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments, BOSSA CONCEPT will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.
International orders are considerable FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We accept exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you exchange.

Once your exchange or refund request is received and processed, we will notify you via email confirming the refund to the original payment method or gift card for store credit if you prefer. You may redeem the gift card code online or at store and instructions on how to use it will be included.
